Enhance CVS DotCom as a seamless, user-friendly online marketplace on a weekly basis that provides customers with easy access to health and wellness products, beauty essentials, household items, and exclusive deals.

Target Audience

Customers seeking a convenient online shopping experience for healthcare, wellness, and everyday essentials, including individuals managing personal or family health needs and those looking for exclusive CVS deals.

Approach

We focus on optimizing the platform’s design and functionality to ensure intuitive navigation, clear product categorization, and a consistent look and feel across all category pages. A clean, responsive interface enhances accessibility, while strategic promotions and personalized deals improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Process

We attended weekly client meetings to align on product displays and promotions, ensuring designs reflected their latest offerings. Consistent color themes and graphics were applied across category pages for cohesion, while the main page featured a standout design to highlight key products and promotions. Collaborating with the creative team, we refined designs in one or two feedback rounds and worked with the copywriter to ensure messaging complemented the visuals.

Challenges & Solutions

We balanced consistency with flexibility by creating a design framework that adapted to instant client updates. To integrate frequent promotions without disrupting the user experience, we designed clear, easily updatable spaces for deals. Close collaboration with the client and copywriter ensured accurate, up-to-date content, delivering requests promptly as a team.
